Top 10 Things to Do In New York City – May 2018

It’s here!  May!  The weather has finally turned (well sort of) and it’s time to celebrate!

Below are the Top Ten Things To Do In New York City in May:

  1. David Bowie Is at The Brooklyn Museum:  If you are looking to scratch your cultural itch while also hanging out with hipsters this is the place to be.
  2. 5 Boro Bike Tour:  Looking for a stop and go tour of all the boro’s?  Then this is your jam!
  3. Limon Dance at Joyce:  Let’s be real this place is just awesome and always worth checking out.
  4. Fleet Week:  While it was probably popularized from Sex and the City this is still a fun event.
  5. Angels in America:  Ben Brantley was right when he said this play with inspire you and leave you feeling all the feels.
  6. The Kooks at Brooklyn Steel:  Yeah we are softies when we think about this band – they are just great.
  7. Billy Joel at Madison Square Garden:  We are embarrassed to admit we have not seen this legend but here’s another chance.
  8. Kendrick Lamar/SZA/Jay-Z at Madison Square Garden:  We would give all the things to be at this show which is going to be legendary.
  9. Singlet at The Bushwick Starr:  Looking to spot the latest and greatest in performance art well here is your shot!
  10. Deerhunter at Elsewhere:  This band has been on our spotify playlist for months and we are excited to check them out.
